IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Bright Community Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
