IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Orchard Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
