IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Amberfield Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in Sacramento across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
