IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Juniper Banking Services is a regional lender in Sacramento with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
