IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Fernwood Keystone Facilities is a facilities company in Sacramento with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
