IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Vista Manufacturing Group is a Sacramento manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
