IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Keystone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Sacramento. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 649 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
