IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Stone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Richmond region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
