IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Richmond, VA)

Lumen Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Richmond area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
