IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Inspection Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
