IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Nova Bridge Energy is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
