IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Redstone Vale Property Management manages apartment communities around Dallas, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
