IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Rivermark Vista Staffing is a Colorado Springs staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
