IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Clearpath Mill Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Little Rock, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
