IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Ironwood Nest Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Columbus. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
