IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Forge Hospitality and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
