IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Associates is a hospitality company in Detroit with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
