IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Stonegate Pine Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tulsa and nearby communities. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
