IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Amberfield Bridge Health is a healthcare provider in Buffalo with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
