IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
