IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Stonegate Fox Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Dallas region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
