IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Charlotte serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
