IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Clearpath Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Omaha supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
