IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Bright Quarry Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
