IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Summit Timber Property Management is a Miami property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 939 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
