IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Nova Beacon Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Denver plant, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
