IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Financial serves customers across Colorado Springs with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 416 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
