IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Rivermark Union Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Madison, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
