IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Nova Pine Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
