IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Toledo. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
