IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Amberfield Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Dallas serving students and families, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
