IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sable Financial and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
