IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Milwaukee, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
