IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Partners tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around El Paso, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
