IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Clearpath Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
