IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Staffing places workers with employers around Spokane. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
