IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Northwind Juniper Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Savannah serving households and small businesses, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
