IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Stonegate Union Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Cincinnati area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
