IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Cedar Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
