IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Mill Freight and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
