IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Summit Pike Learning Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
