IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fox Learning Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
