IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Associates is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 862 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
