IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Cedar Ashton Inspection Services Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
