IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Ironwood Nest Community Partners Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
