IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Salt Lake City. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
