IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Denver, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
