IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Foxglove Field Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Louisville region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
