IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Harborlight Rook Learning Group is an education provider in Toledo serving students and families, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Families are partners. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
