IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Silverline Beacon Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
